Over 35 years in the financial services industry which includes Grindlays Bank - Melbourne. Peter has held positions as a Board Director, Chief Executive, Senior Partner and Chairman in various organizations. Peter is a former Affiliate of The Australian Stock Exchange Limited (now known as the Australian Securities Exchange) and a previous Director of The Australian Stock Exchange (Melb.) Limited, an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Peter is a Co - Founder and Current Chairman of SDH Australia Pty Ltd, a company operating in the energy sector. Peter has led several Investment management, Corporate finance and Commodity Advisory transactions.

Harish is an experienced Board Director, General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer. Harish also has over 20 years of experience primarily in Big Four audit and consulting firms (PwC, Deloitte, and Andersen) in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Oman. Harish was also a member of the PwC Oman Leadership team and led the Energy industry group. Harish is a Certified Public Accountant from the USA, an Associate Chartered Accountant from England and Wales, and a Fellow Chartered Accountant from India. Harish also has a Global Energy MBA degree from Warwick Business School (WBS) – UK. Harish has a proven track record as a Trusted Business Leader & Advisor with a strong business acumen and exposure to Investment Management, Deal Structuring, Project Financing, Buy/Sell Trade Programs (also known as Private Placement Programs), Leading the General Management and Finance functions, High profile Assurance, Audit and IFRS advisory engagements, Debt & Equity restructuring transactions aggregating to USD 2.6 billion, Five UK Capital market transactions aggregating to USD 1.2 billion capital raise, M&A, Commodity Advisory, Tax, Legal and Regulatory compliance.
