PRIVATE PLACEMENT PROGRAMS

Private Placement Programs also known as “High Yield Investment Programs”, are private investment programs offered to investors with a high investment capacity and can only be executed by qualified traders who are licensed to carry out these transactions. This program involves sourcing investments for trading desks hosted by Tier 1 regulated banks in Europe and Singapore. 

Participation in this program can be achieved by an investor through cleared and unencumbered (tax paid, no charges, no limitations) funds in a Tier 1 bank account, Bank Guarantees, Stand By Letters of Credit, or above-the-ground assets. e.g. safe keeping receipts for gold. These programs earn a significantly higher return than the returns generated on traditional investments. The amount invested can remain in the investor's account as the trading group cites the funds as part of the process by which it executes trades daily. For the protection of the funds placed, the investor can consider a variety of options with their bank such as Blocked funds accounts, Sole signatory accounts, Non-depletion accounts, and Escrow arrangements. The typical length of a trade program is 40 weeks and the maximum period of participation is 65 weeks, but it may be renewed by agreement. The investor also has the option to exit the program within 24 hours without any penalty. 

These private placement programs offer investors a rare opportunity to earn a high return, diversify their investment portfolio, and generate cash flows in the form of payouts regularly. The payouts can be received on a weekly or monthly basis at the investor’s discretion. The investors can also implement safeguards for the protection of their capital such as Fund blocking using SWIFT MT 760, Sole Signatory accounts, Escrow accounts and Sole Signatory accounts. 

A special aspect of these programs is that usually a significant portion of the returns are allocated to humanitarian causes and to finance mega business projects.
